We use several suppliers some have 10 day others have 30 day return policies .Obtaining a Return Authorization Number Prior to ANY Return: These four steps will ensure a smooth process. These essential steps pertain to ANY and ALL Returns:

B. Customer Service will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number.
C. Customer Service will issue you Shipping Instructions
D. Write the Return Authorization (RA) number on the out side of the box.
We realize that, despite our elaborate efforts to help you make the best possible selection, there may be times when you will not be 100% satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason. We will then submit the information to the supplier who promises a FULL refund on the return of the product. Shipping fees are not reimbursable. An RA number is required for all returns. Please note: Insurance is included with shipment, BUT if the package is shown as delivered, we do not refund/exchange. IF the USPS shows it as delivered, they do not pay claims. All returns are for refund only. The replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges.
